Welcome to Setlist! We're committed to delivering your music and entertainment goods with speed and care. Please read our shipping policy to understand how we process, ship, and deliver your orders across the UK and beyond.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Standard UK Shipping: We charge a flat rate of £2.99 for all standard shipments within the UK. Your order will be shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 48 service.

  • International Shipping: Shipping rates for countries outside the UK will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We partner with various carriers to offer you the best possible international shipping options.

Dispatch & Delivery Times

  • Dispatch Time: We strive to dispatch all orders within 2-10 working days from the date your order is confirmed. "Working days" refers to Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays in the UK. We strive to send  all orders out within 3 working days, although during exceptionally busy times it can take up to 10 working days  

  • UK Delivery: Once dispatched, your order should arrive within 2-3 days, as we use the Royal Mail Tracked 48 service for standard UK shipping.

  • International Delivery: Delivery times for international orders vary by destination and carrier. 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package's journey on the Royal Mail website or the website of the respective carrier for international orders.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, Setlist is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
